WHEREAS Council Members will be attending the 2024 ROMA Conference being held in Toronto from January 21st to January 23rd, 2024; AND WHEREAS there is a Regular Scheduled Council meeting on January 23rd, 2024; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for January 23rd, 2024 be canceled in its entirety and that a Special Meeting of Council be scheduled in accordance with Section 240 of the Municipal Act, as amended at the call of the Chair if required.
