THAT the Municipality of East Ferris approve the 2019 Capital Budget in the amount of $7,790,513.00; AND THAT the Treasurer be authorized to make application to Infrastructure Ontario and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) for Long Term Financing to a maximum of $3,300,000.00
