NOTICE OF MOTION PREPARED BY MAYOR ROCHEFORT THAT Council approves the modifications to the Boards and Committees for the Members of Council for the balance of the term of office as follows: Mayor Rochefort : Centennial Committee, Police Services Board, Municipal Office Project/Technical Advisory Committee, Community Emergency Management Committee and Communications; Deputy Mayor Trahan: Public Works Committee, Economic Development Committee, and East Ferris Centennial Celebration Committee; Councillor Kelly: Public Works Committee, Planning Advisory Committee, DNSSAB, and Cassellholme; Councillor Lougheed: Communications Committee, Fire and Emergency Services Committee, Planning Advisory Committee, and Library Board; Councillor Champagne: Recreation, Parks and Culture Committee, NBMCA, and Municipal Office Project/Technical Advisory Committee.
