WHEREAS Council has not approved the 2021 Capital Budget as the Municipality awaits information needed to proceed with budget deliberations; AND WHEREAS an item that is being proposed in the 2021 Capital Budget requires an immediate decision so that the tendering process can begin; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council approve the tendering of the Lake Nosbonsing Road Reconstruction Project as presented.
