THAT the Minutes of the Planning Advisory Committee meetings held May 11th, 2022 and January 25th, 2023 be adopted as circulated.

WHEREAS the land owner(s) of the lands described as CON 9 PT LOT 12 REM PCL 1945 WF on what is locally known as Lavigne Road has applied for a zoning by-law amendment to rezone the property from Rural (R) to Rural Special (R Sp.) in order to permit a Cat Rescue Use; AND WHEREAS the application is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement, 2020; AND WHEREAS the application is in conformity with the policies contained within the Official Plan for the Municipality; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the application for a zoning by-law amendment be recommended for approval.
