THAT the draft agenda presented to Council for the Special Meeting and dated the 18th day of December, 2019 be hereby adopted as circulated.

WHEREAS the Municipal Office Project/Technical Advisory Committee recommended to Council to approve the following: The Master Plan Site Analysis Option #3 be selected as the option for placement of the building; The Functional Plan be approved as presented with an approximate size of 17,301 square feet; The preliminary Master Plan for the entire site be approved as presented with final approval required at a later date; The conceptual adjacency diagram be approved as presented; and The preliminary schematic/floor plan be approved as presented. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council of the Municipality of East Ferris approves of this recommendation.
