THAT Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of East Ferris accepts the final report prepared and presented by Pesce & Associates Human Resources Consultants on August 28 th , 2023 regarding the Pay Equity and Compensation Review; AND FURTHER THAT the Council approves of the Salary Administration Policy and the Proposed New Salary Grids recommended by Pesce & Associates; AND FURTHER THAT the proposed new salary grids for non-union positions take effect on January 1 st , 2024 so that costs can be incorporated in the 2024 budget.
