THAT Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of East Ferris approves the Cassellholme Board of Management’s ability to proceed with financing of the Cassellholme Redevelopment through Infrastructure Ontario, subject to the Municipality of East Ferris’ final approval of the financing agreement.
