Special Council Meeting

THAT the draft agenda presented to Council for the Special Meeting and dated the 25th day of June, 2019 be hereby adopted as circulated.

WHEREAS the Municipality of East Ferris Strategic Plan 2019-2022 was approved by Council on at the Special Meeting held April 23 rd , 2019; AND WHEREAS staff were tasked with determining the action items that would meet the objectives and ultimately the strategic goals established in the Strategic Plan; AND WHEREAS staff presented a report to Council on June 25 th , 2019 that included proposed revisions to the previously approved Strategic Plan, a list of action items including who would lead each initiative and when each item would be implemented, a list of outcome indicators that would be used to measure success, and a timeline for communicating results with various stakeholders; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of East Ferris accepts the report as presented; AND FURTHER that Council directs staff to proceed with the action items planned for 2019 and that costs for action items proposed for 2020-2022 be included in the annual budget.
