THAT the draft agenda presented to Council for the Special Meeting and dated the 11th of February, 2020 be hereby adopted as circulated.

WHEREAS Council held it's first meeting of the 2020 Capital Budget on February 11th, 2020; AND WHEREAS another meeting is required to finalize the 2020 Capital Budget; AND WHEREAS items in the 2020 Capital Budget are an immediate requirement; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council approve at this time prior to finalizing the 2020 Capital Budget the following: Excavator with Brusherhead - $92,500.00 Lake Nosbonsing Road Repairs - $625,000.00.

THAT Council of the Municipality of East Ferris authorizes David Germain of Thomson Rogers to execute an agreement with the Nipissing Parry Sound Catholic District School Board and the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks as per discussions/recommendations of the In-Camera session of February 11th, 2020.
