THAT Council for the Municipality of East Ferris approve the design of the new Public Works garage as presented; AND FURTHER THAT Council authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to enter into a guaranteed maximum price construction contract for $2,350,000 plus HST with Kenalex Construction Company Limited for the construction of the new garage.
